2. Products & Orders

2.1 Product Accuracy

We take great care to ensure that all our product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, as our creations are handcrafted, slight variations in bottle design, color or packaging may occur. Additionally, differences in screen settings or color palettes on laptops and mobiles may cause products to appear slightly different from what you see online.

2.2 Order Acceptance

Placing an order is your offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment for cancelled orders will be refunded.

2.3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.

• Additional charges (shipping, taxes, etc.) may apply.

• Payments must be made only through the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Dispatch

We dispatch orders as per the estimated timeline, but delivery time may vary depending on location, courier issues or unforeseen events.

3.2 Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk transfer to you once the order is handed to the courier. Verify your shipping address carefully.

4. Returns & Refunds

Strict Policy:

- Returns/Exchanges: Only accepted if the product arrives damaged, broken or incorrect. Personal preference or change of mind does not qualify.

-  Refunds: Approved only after inspection post receiving an unedited and uncut video of unboxing of the sealed package (mandatory for verification)

 - Refunds go to the original payment method.

- Non-returnable items: Clearance items, free gifts and used products.

- Skin Sensitivities: We do not accept returns/refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Always patch test before use.

5. Intellectual Property

 All content on the Website, including product names, descriptions, images, branding and logos is owned or licensed by Brew Beauty. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer : Fragrance is personal and subjective. Hence, results, scent perception and longevity may vary.

 Brew Beauty is not liable for

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to our product

• Errors in product descriptions, images or pricing

• Shipping delays or courier mishaps

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from usage of our website or product 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
