Dispatch Time - Within 2 Weeks.
Delivery Time - 7 Working Days From The Date of Dispatch.

At Brew Beauty, every order is brewed with a lot of love and a sprinkle of fairy dust . We work with trusted courier partners to make sure your brews reach you safely and as quickly as possible. While we always aim to deliver within the timeframe mentioned in your order confirmation, sometimes delays may occur due to courier issues or factors beyond our control. If that happens, we’ll still do everything we can to make sure your package finds its way to you.

 

When Delivery Isn’t Possible.

On very rare occasions, if your location cannot be serviced due to limited courier access, an inaccessible addressor or unexpected events (like natural disruptions or strikes), we’ll reach out to you immediately. In such cases, your order will be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Shipping Restrictions.

Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to courier or government regulations. Please ensure you are aware of any local shipping rules in your area.

International Shipping.

For now, our brews are available only within India. We hope to spread our magic across the globe soon, but until then, thank you for supporting us here at home.

We are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping schedule:

We ship orders from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on public holidays. Shipments will resume on the next available working day.
