Cancellations, Modifications, Returns, Replacement & Refunds.
Brew Beauty is a homegrown brand and every single order is created, packed and shipped with just one pair of hands (as of now) and a whole lot of heart. Because of this, we kindly ask you to be mindful before placing your order as we do not accommodate to any changes made post that.
 Cancellations & Order Modifications.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to accept cancellations, modifications or refunds, unless your order qualifies for a refund due to in-transit damage or missing items.
Returns, Replacement & Refunds.
All sales are final. However, in the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged, broken or with missing items, we’ll happily offer you a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Please note :
- Fragrance is subjective, what smells divine to one person may not sit well with another. For this reason, refunds/exchanges are not possible for personal preferences or change of mind.
- We do not accept returns/refunds for skin sensitivity issues. While we stand by the quality of our brews being clean and safe, some ingredients may not suit very sensitive skin. We always recommend a patch test before full use.
- Clearance/Sale items & free gifts are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
- Only the product cost is refundable.
- Shipping fees, special packaging and other service-related costs are non-refundable.
Criteria for requesting a Refund / Replacement
Replacement is only possible if your product arrives damaged. In such cases, a replacement of the same product will be sent. We do not accept product swaps or preference-based exchanges.
If your order has arrived damaged or incomplete, here’s how to raise a request:
1. Email us at  brewbeautyindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order ID, a short description of the issue and an unedited/uncut unboxing video of the sealed package (mandatory for verification).This helps us confirm that the issue happened during shipping and not after use.
3. Our team will review your request. If approved:
• A replacement (same item) will be sent out, OR
• A refund will be processed (only if the item is unavailable)

Processing Time
Refunds/replacements are usually processed within 10–15 working days, which includes inspection, approval and dispatch/credit initiation.
